How pricing works
Daily rates
Days 1–3 use the daily rate. From day 4, the daily price gets lower, reaching our best rate at 7 days.
Weekly rates
7 days = the weekly rate. After that, extra days are charged at 1/7 of the weekly rate.
Long stays
Weeks 1–8 = standard rate. Weeks 9–16 = 5% off. Week 17+ = 10% off. Discounts apply only from that point onwards.

$500 refundable bond
Required before pickup. Refunded after the car is returned and checked. We may hold the bond for up to 28 days where necessary.
Licence
Valid licence required
Drivers aged 25 or above. Australian driver's licence, or overseas full licence with official translation or IDP, plus passport.
Insurance
Insurance included
Our cars have a Car Hire Business insurance policy. A $2,200 excess applies to insured claims for drivers aged 25 or above.
Pickup & return
Pickup & return in Byron Bay
Pickup and return are in town. Daytime handover times are flexible and agreed during booking. The exact location is included in your rental agreement.
Fuel
Same fuel level → same fuel level
We record the fuel level at pickup. Please return the car at the same level; if it is lower, the fuel cost plus a $50 service fee applies.
Payment
Bank transfer
The first week's rental payment is due, with the signed agreement, to confirm your booking. Bond is due before pickup.
